Split Wall Air Conditioning Units

These are the most common domestic air conditioning units, made up of an outdoor compressor and a sleek indoor unit for air distribution. All units are attached to the wall and the system is installed with a refrigeration pipe, five core cable and drain that is connected to the outside unit. All cables and pipework are carefully hidden so as not to spoil the aesthetics of your room.

These units are a great way of heating and cooling your Spanish home and are cost effective to install and run. Unit prices vary depending on the size and make of the model selected. Ducted Air Conditioning Systems

Ducted air-conditioning systems are more commonly found in new builds, as they are installed when a property is built. They differ from multi split units as the indoor unit is hidden in the ceiling cavity (very often in the bathroom) which distributes the air through ducts in each room.

If you are building a new villa or doing a complete property renovation, this is a great opportunity to incorporate a ducted system. If you have recently bought a new build property, be it a villa, apartment or townhouse, your property is likely to have a ducted system, but the installation may not be complete.

How Much Does It Cost To Install Air Conditioning?

The price of air conditioning units varies depending on make, model and size. At Cool Services we can advise you on what type of unit would work best for your space and budget.

You can either purchase and install your unit with Cool Services (with a one-year warranty) or purchase the unit yourself and just have us install it. In this case the warranty is with the company you bought the unit from not Cool Services. If you do decide to purchase the unit yourself, we do advise that you consult with us first, to make sure it is right for your needs.

The cost of installation depends on factors such as the type of construction of your property, where the unit is to be located, ease of access and the lengths of piping, cabling and materials required. We will visit your property for free and provide a quote based on your own, personal requirements.
